Lee, CPA, P.C.) in effect for the year ending on a specified date.  Peer Reviews currently required every three years for firms that offer financial statement audits and reviews, etc.  We recently had our Peer Review for the year ended December 31, 2005 and we received an unmodified report dated June 26, 2006 with no letter of comments.
